Grade B special contractor in harbour & navigation engineering.

Grade B special contractor in blasting& demolition engineering.

b.Qualification awarded by Ministry of Building to SCG’s wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Grade A in real-estate development (SCG real estate Co. )
Grade A general contractor in smeltery engineering works (Shanghai Installation Engineering Co.).
Grade A general contractor in petro-chemical engineering works (Shanghai No.1 Construction Co. and Shanghai Installation Engineering Co)
   And other qualifications of top grade in pre-mixed concrete, pre- fabricated concrete elements, fire-fighting engineering works, intelligent building works, piping engineering works, city light-rail engineering works, bridge engineering works, hoisting equipment installation works, garden & landscape engineering, classical garden & building, building design, intelligent building design (system operations), public utilities industry (garden & landscape) engineering design & etc.

c.Qualification for overseas business
SCG is entitled to contract various overseas projects and internationally tendered projects in China, and export related equipments & materials, and provide labor services for such overseas projects.
SCG is also entitled to provide other kind of labor services to overseas clients (seaman not included)
SCG is entitled to carry out import & export business by itself or as agent for all kinds of commodities and technologies stipulated by the Government, and to manage business of  “three imported & one compensatory ” (i. e. processing imported materials, assembling imported parts and compensatory trade), and to engage in er trade and entrepot trade.
